Removing large .dmp files

I have noticed that the disk usage of the C: drive on my vCenter server has increased considerably recently, despite the databases being stored on a different drive.  Running TreeSize revealed large dump files in the following location:

C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CrashDumps

CrashDumps

These files are safe to remove.
